Lindsay Filgas (B.S. '22)

Lindsay is a senior in the Biosphere track and an M.A. candidate in Environmental Communication. Her interests include agroecology, soil science, natural history, and environmental art and journalism. She grew up on the Southern California coast in Newbury Park and has always had a love for California. At Stanford she has fostered her interests through her classes, leading Stanford Roots, and interning at an urban farm. In addition to being an Earth System Advisor, Lindsay works as a Communication Assistant for the Woods Institute for the Environment. Outside of school, you can find her hiking, nature journaling, or roller skating.
